RETURN POLICY
If unsatisfied with your online purchase, you have 14 days upon delivery to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a quality check before a refund or credit is issued.
To start a return, you can contact us at moodeyewearbar@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be received at Mood Eyewear Bar within 14 days of return request approval.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us in used condition will not be accepted.
Once your approved return is received at Mood Eyewear Bar, please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to show up to your original form of payment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
Custom lenses are made to order and can not be returned. If you feel like your custom lenses aren't what you expected, email us at moodeyewearbar@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help!
Items purchased in-person or at a pop-up event are final sale and may not be returned.
Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned.
Apparel and drinkware are final sale and may not be returned.
