RETURN POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS

If unsatisfied with your online purchase, you have 14 days upon delivery to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a quality check before a refund or credit is issued.
To start a return, please email moodeyewearbar@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be received at Mood Eyewear Bar within 14 days of return request approval.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us in used condition will not be accepted. 
Once your approved return is received at Mood Eyewear Bar, please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to show up to your original form of payment.

CUSTOM LENS ORDERS

Custom lenses are made to order and are non-refundable.
If your custom lenses aren't what you expected, please email  moodeyewearbar@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. A certified optician will help you with a one-time remake of your lenses. We offer only one remake per lens order.

Most frames on sale have been massively reduced because they are discontinued styles that are no longer manufactured. All frames purchased on sale are final sale and non-refundable.
