RETURN POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS

IF UNSATISFIED WITH AN ONLINE EYEWEAR PURCHASE, PLEASE SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED AT MOOD EYEWEAR BAR WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURN FORM. EYEWEAR MUST BE IN UNUSED CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL RECEIVED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A QUALITY CHECK BEFORE REFUND OR CREDIT IS ISSUED.
IF EYEWEAR IS RETURNED IN USED CONDITION, A REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE RETURNED ITEM WILL BE DONATED OR SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR COST OF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING.

IN-PERSON ORDERS

ALL IN-PERSON TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL SALE. EYEWEAR PURCHASED IN-PERSON AT MOOD EYEWEAR BAR OR AT A POP-UP EVENT ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

PRESCRIPTION ORDERS

PRESCRIPTION LENSES ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER AND THEREFORE NON-RETURNABLE.
