Sale items are often discontinued styles that are no longer available and therefore do not include frame warranty.

Please email moodeyewearbar@gmail.com your original order number to see if your frame can be replaced under warranty.

Custom lenses are made to order and are non-refundable.

If your custom lenses aren't what you expected, please email moodeyewearbar@gmail.com within 14 days of order delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of what the problem is. 

Custom lenses purchased through Mood Eyewear Bar include a 1 Year Scratch Warranty. To redeem your one-time lens replacement, please email moodeyewearbar@gmail.com your original order number. Once your warranty request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions to either drop off your frame in-person or mail it to Mood Eyewear Bar. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for lens replacements under warranty.

Emails regarding remakes and warranties will be responded to within 48 hours.
