Sale items are often discontinued styles that are no longer available and therefore do not include frame warranty.

Please email stacey@moodeyewearbar.com your order # to see if your frame is eligible for replacement under warranty.

Custom lenses are made to order and are non-refundable.

If your custom lenses aren't what you expected, please email stacey@moodeyewearbar.com within 14 days of order delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of what's the problem is. 

Custom lenses purchased through Mood Eyewear Bar include a 1 Year Scratch Warranty. To redeem your one-time lens replacement, please email stacey@moodeyewearbar.com your original order number. Once your warranty request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions to mail your glasses to us for lens replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Emails regarding remakes and warranties will be responded to within 24 hours.
